Arti Syal

The journey of a businesswoman.

WeCareInternational

My name is Arti Syal

Arti Syal is a successful businesswoman and philanthropist of Indian origin currently residing in Budapest, Hungary. She instituted the Indo-European Business Council, an association of like-minded professionals to promote trade and culture between India and Europe. Syal also founded an informal group called "We Care International" to help seriously ill children between the ages of 6 and 12, mostly with critical birth defects, by assisting their treatment in India with the help of the Rotary Clubs of India.

Enthusiastic about women's empowerment, Syal established her own informal group, Expat Women in Hungary, which meets frequently at the Marriott Hotel in Budapest to welcome expat women of all nationalities. The intent of the group is to promote the social welfare of its members and the social relief of the disadvantaged sections of society within the regulatory framework of the Indo-European Business Council. In addition, the purpose of the Indo-European Business Council is to help small businesses in Hungary and elsewhere in Europe that are in struggle and can permanently collapse due to their enormously curbed scope of activity. Syal plans to work closely with these small businesses and create prospects for them not only domestically but also through a consolidated platform.

Syal was extensively immersed in the "Skill India Mission" initiated by the Government of India to amend the skills and employability of rural youth. All in all, Arti Syal is a remarkable woman who associations her business acumen with philanthropy to make a positive impact in both India and Europe.
