Arti Syal

The journey of a businesswoman.

Arti Syal is a distinguished Indo-European business leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose journey spans continents and industries. Based in Budapest, Hungary, and of Indian origin, she has carved a unique path as a connector between East and West—bridging Indian and European business ecosystems through trade, cultural exchange, and community-driven initiatives.

With a strong background in international business development, Arti is the visionary founder of the Indo-European Business Council (IEBC)—a non-profit platform that fosters bilateral trade relations, promotes economic cooperation, and advocates for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe and India. Her efforts have empowered countless professionals, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to explore collaborative opportunities across borders.

In her humanitarian efforts, she established We Care International, an NGO focused on providing medical assistance to critically ill children from underprivileged backgrounds. Her partnerships with healthcare organizations and Rotary Clubs have led to life-changing treatments for dozens of families in need.

Her involvement in India’s Skill India Mission reflects her belief in empowering youth through vocational training and employment-oriented programs, further aligning her with India's national development goals.

Arti Syal’s journey is a testament to the power of purpose-driven leadership, global vision, and inclusive growth. She continues to inspire as a female business icon, bridging commerce and compassion across continents

WeCareInternational

My name is Arti Syal

We Care International is a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to improving the lives of critically ill children, especially those aged 6 to 12 suffering from severe congenital deformities and other complex health conditions. Founded as a compassionate initiative by individuals driven to give back to society, the organization primarily facilitates medical support in India for underprivileged children through its network of partners and health institutions.

At the heart of its mission is a drive to provide free healthcare services to economically disadvantaged families who cannot afford expensive medical treatment. Through impactful collaborations—such as with Sai Dham Cancer Hospital and the Dr. Mane Cancer Research Foundation—We Care International has successfully hosted several Cancer Detection Camps in Rural India, offering early diagnosis to entire village populations.

So far, over 30 free cancer surgeries have been conducted for those in need, and the organization has set an ambitious goal to assist around 60 low-income cancer patients with life-saving surgeries by the end of the year. These initiatives reflect the group’s deep-rooted commitment to medical philanthropy and community health awareness.

We Care International aims to expand its healthcare outreach by partnering with more hospitals, medical research centers, and international health NGOs. Future plans include scaling up operations to reach a broader demographic, while maintaining a focus on accessible healthcare, social welfare, and the Indo-European humanitarian mission that drives much of founder Arti Syal’s philanthropic work.

By championing medical equity and empowering the vulnerable, We Care International continues its mission to make a measurable difference in the lives of the impoverished and medically underserved.
